Its silhouette reflects simplicity: a straight-lined body meets a tapered gooseneck spout, complemented by a triangular walnut or matte stainless handle that balances the vessel’s weight for a steady, slow pour.
The base conceals a PID controller that keeps water within ±1 °F from 104 °F to 212 °F, shown on a subtle LCD that fades when not in use. A single dial sets the target temperature, also functioning as a timer and maintaining heat for up to an hour, which streamlines workflow without adding visual clutter. Double-wall 304 stainless steel keeps the exterior cool and reduces heat loss. The precision spout’s 0.7-cm opening produces a laminar flow, perfect for pour-over, Chemex, or Aeropress brewing.
Every detail is intentional: the lid fits flush with the rim, the handle attaches to a hidden steel plate, and the minimalist base includes a coil that brings water to a boil in under three minutes.
