Inside, the ring tracks heart rate, HRV, SpO2, skin temperature, steps, calories, and sleep stages, then surfaces real‑time stats and a clear Productivity Score so you know when you’re sharp.
Design details matter. The ceramic shell resists scratches with an anti‑fingerprint coating, and the fit is comfortable enough for all‑day wear. IP68 water protection means showers and quick swims aren’t a problem. Battery life reaches four days, and BLE keeps the connection stable to the iOS and Android companion app. Privacy is handled locally with encryption and no cloud storage unless you opt in.
