The Ti Pry Bar is milled out of a single piece of solid grade 5 titanium, not bent or stamped from sheet. That makes it a full size everyday-carry tool with no joins to work loose.
Pry bars are normally steel, and steel is what gets confiscated. Big Idea Design describes this one as a TSA friendly, non-threatening carry, so the same flat bar that opens a taped box or scores a sheet of material can sit in a pocket without looking like a weapon. The listed jobs are plain ones: prying, opening taped boxes, scoring materials, turning a flathead screw and lifting a bottle cap. One bar covers all five.
Two small details change how it feels in the hand. Magnetic fidget buttons slide with a smooth action, so there is something to do with your thumb during a long meeting. The removable deep-carry pocket clip sits the bar low in the pocket and holds it there.
The clip carries the only branding on the tool, the signature Ti logo. The body is left clean. It is offered in Stonewashed, a matte worked finish, or DLC Black, and Big Idea Design's lifetime warranty covers its pens, tools and knives, which includes this one.
