OB-4 Magic Radio

OB-4 is a high-fidelity Bluetooth and FM speaker that treats live audio as raw material. Two custom four-inch drivers and 38 W class-D amplification sit inside a matte polycarbonate shell the width of a hardback book.

A rotating handle doubles as a stand, angling sound toward the listener or folding flat for travel. The defining feature is a two-hour rolling buffer: twist the orange dial backward to rewind radio, scrub podcasts, or loop beats for impromptu sampling. Bluetooth 5.0 and 3.5 mm line-in cover modern and analog sources while “Disk” mode offers preloaded ambient and meditation textures.

A 40-hour battery and detachable fabric speaker grille make OB-4 equally suited to a living-room shelf or a late-night beach picnic.
