About

Originally designed by Jean Prouvé in the 1950s, the Fauteuil Direction Pivotant is a functional desk chair grounded in architectural logic. The steel frame supports a generously upholstered seat and backrest with fixed armrests. Its proportions are compact but grounded, offering stability and movement with a swiveling base. More workhorse than executive, it feels purposeful in both studio and home office settings.
